Prerequisite Junior standing Corequisite MGMT 468 or MGMT 470 A survey of landmark cases involving the labor movement, federal and state wage and hour laws, industrial relations, and current issues in personnel law. (Cannot be taken for credit if student has credit for MGMT 447).
