CSC 487: Advanced Biocomputing

3 Semester Credit Hours . Prerequisite CSC 486 equivalent or consent of instructor. Topics include: advanced pair-wise alignment algorithms, protein folding, self assembly, splicing systems. P systems, simulation of cells, and future reserarch directions in biocomputing.
