MKTG 430: Sales Negotiations3 Semester Credit Hours . 0-3-3 This course offers an introduction to the basic concepts and required skills for professional negotiations in a sales context. Topcis include, but are not limited to goal setting, developing customized solutions, effective communication, building customer relationships, making sales presentations, successful negotiation and bargaining tactics, and theories of bargaining and negotiation.
