MEEN 519: Sensors and Actuators

3 Semester Credit Hours . 0-3-3 Overview of micro/nano systems, devices, and sensors, including synthesis, modeling analysis, design and optimization, and their applications.  The COMSOL software as a tool to model some of those devices.
