Computer Applications Minor

A minor in Computer Applications consists of 21 credit hours drawn from the following fields of study: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Geographic Information Science, Industrial Technology, and Quantitative Analysis. At least 9 hours must be at the 300/400-level.
Other courses in Health Information Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or other departments may be accepted by the Director of the Tech Barksdale Program if the content of the course is deemed appropriate for the minor.
The minor in Computer Applications is only available to students enrolled in the BIS INDS program offered at Barksdale Air Force Base, supporting the Tech-BAFB MOU.

Grade Requirement for Minor
Note: A student must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirement of a minor.
