Scientific Visualization Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Scientific Visualization

The minor in scientific visualization is available to students enrolled in science or engineering academic programs.

The following courses will constitute a Scientific Visualization minor:

ART 115: Design 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 118 or ART 116
ART 125: Drawing 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 303: Practice in Scientific Visualization 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 495: Scientific Portfolio 1 Semester Credit Hours
ART 310 or ART 392

9 Semester Credit Hours selected from the following:

ART 303: Practice in Scientific Visualization 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 331: Introduction To Intaglio 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 332: Introduction to Lithography 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 333: Introduction to Digital Printmaking 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 364: Information Design 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 367: Digital Design I 3 Semester Credit Hours
ART 392: Digital Modeling and Fabrication 3 Semester Credit Hours
