Humanities Minor

A minor in Humanities consists of 21 credit hours from the following fields of study: Art, Communication, English, Foreign Languages, History, Music, Philosophy, or Theater. At least 9 hours should be at the 300/400 level.

Other courses may be accepted by the Director of the Tech Barksdale Program if the content of the course is deemed appropriate for the minor.

The minor in Humanities is only available to students enrolled in the BIS program offered at the Barksdale Air Force Base, supporting the Tech-Barksdale MOU.

Grade Requirement for Minor

Note: A student must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirement of a minor.
