Biology Minor

Grade Requirement for Minor

A student must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirement of a minor.

• BISC 1303: Biological Principles 3 Semester Credit Hours
• BISC 1311: Biological Principles Laboratory 1 Semester Credit Hours
• BISC 1323: Biological Diversity 3 Semester Credit Hours
• BISC 1331: Biological Diversity Laboratory 1 Semester Credit Hours

• BISC elective courses 13 Semester Credit Hours*

Total Semester Credit Hours 21

*Only BISC courses available for BIOL major credit, with a minimum of 9 hours at 3000-level or 4000-level.  Only 3 hours of BISC 3601  BISC 3602  BISC 3603 , and no hours ofBISC 3611  BISC 3612  are permitted to be applied toward the minor.
