Physics Minor

Grade Requirement for Minor

A student must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirement of a minor.

Courses

Students from other departments who elect a minor in physics should complete:

• PHYS 2013: Physics for Engineering and Science I 3 Semester Credit Hours
• PHYS 2023: Physics for Engineering and Science II 3 Semester Credit Hours
• PHYS 2611: General Physics Laboratory I 1 Semester Credit Hours
• PHYS 2621: General Physics Laboratory II 1 Semester Credit Hours
• 14 semester hours of advanced courses at the 300-400 level
