BIEN 4553: Biotechnology and Bioprocesses3 Semester Credit Hours . 0-3-3 Prerequisite BIEN 3013 , BIEN 4013 . Introduction to biotechnology and bioprocessers. Microbiology and biochemical reactions are reviewed. Enzyme kinetics, microbial growth transport phenomena, and design of biochemical reactors are studied. Cross-listed with CMEN 4553 .
