CYEN 4063: Applied Cryptography

3 Semester Credit Hours . 0-3-3 Prerequisite CYEN 3013 or Consent of Instructor An introduction to the basic theory and practice of cryptographic techniques used in computer security. Topics include encryption, key management, hashing, network security protocols. Credit will not be given for CYEN 406 if credit is given for CSC 4443.
