FINC 6173: Financial Budgeting Seminar3 Semester Credit Hours . 0-3-3 Prerequisite FINC 5153 or consent of instructor. Doctoral standing. A systematic and thorough treatment of the theory and practice of capital expenditure management, emphasizing financial modeling and employing a quantitative format. Credit will not be given for FINC 617 if credit is given for FINC 5173 .
