French Minor

Grade Requirement for Minor

A student must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirement of a minor.

Courses

• FREN 1013: Elementary French 3 each Semester Credit Hours
• FREN 1023: Elementary French 3 each Semester Credit Hours
• FREN 2013: Intermediate French 3 Semester Credit Hours
• FREN 2023: Intermediate French 3 each Semester Credit Hours
• French (FREN) 9HRS at the 3000 - 4000 level

*FREN 4283  is not eligible for use as part of the 21HRS required for a minor in French. Native speakers who wish to minor in French can not use FREN 3013  or FREN 3023  to fulfill the 9HRS at the 3000 - 4000 level. Only upon completion of these courses will credit for FREN 1013  , FREN 1023  , FREN 2013  , and FREN 2023  be awarded.
